We have selected a new logo for the chapter - see all entries here. Herman deGala was the winner. Travis Barker and Mel Davis received honorable mention. Bill Bird, Dennis Cook, and Todd Pepin also submitted great entries.

Orvis-Endorsed guide PAT DORSEY, who has been guiding for more than ten years, spends at least 200 days a year on the stream. Pat is also a master fly tier who has been commercially tying flies for more than fifteen years, producing up to 28,000 flies a year. Active in Trout Unlimited and the conservation of cold-water fisheries, Pat has won the annual Master Fly Tournament in Cheesman Canyon five out of eight years. Pat, his wife, Kim, and their five children reside in Parker, Colorado.

New Board members info:

Travis and Abby both grew up in central Illinois in rural farming communities. After Travis received his BS in Agronomy from Illinois State University and Abby received a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, they both were ready for a change of scenery. As both of them are outdoor enthusiasts, they were attracted to Denver for the variety of outdoor hobbies they could pursue as well as the "big city" life (growing up in towns of 500 or less - Denver is definitely a change for them!).

In their spare time they both enjoy fishing - fly and spin cast, riding motorcycles, hiking, camping, and snowboarding. Travis is also an avid hunter and likes to dabble in various artistic projects from painting to pottery and clay making. Abby enjoys reading and keeping up on the latest ongoings in politics.
